Federal prosecutors in the corruption trial of former Prince George's County schools chief Andre J. Hornsby today released video segments of Mr. Hornsby accepting cash inside a Comfort Inn Hotel room in Bowie. In a clip key to the prosecution's case, Cynthia Joffrion, an education-consulting executive and Hornsby colleague who became an FBI informant, is heard saying: "Okay, if I give you 1,000 now that means I only owe you 144,000?"
