Sheldon Whitehouse and Marcy Wheeler Discuss al-Haramain Wiretapping Suit

On March 11, 2009, the statute of limitations for Bush's reauthorization of his illegal wiretap program begins to expire. That means the Obama DOJ has about 6 weeks to put together an indictment for those illegal actions. At the Progressive Media Summit, Marcy Wheeler asks Senator Sheldon Whitehouse whether there's a way the Senate Judiciary and/or Intelligence Committees can get the evidence in place while the Republicans stall on the Holder nomination.
